Radio Hauraki 50th anniversary

Fifty years ago was stall air of New Zealand whirled by bunch of pirates broadcasting rock & roll from a rusty old boat in Hauraki gulf.

At that time was the radio owned by government and these guys just started a rebellion against authorities. And all kids just loved it - and parents hated… Anyway, it changed the whole generation of the New Zealand and radio is still going strong and well these days. You can read more here:
